WHERE: At our amazing Doggie Day Care and Boarding Facility, 4717 Sweden Road Charlotte, NC 28273

WHAT: A fun filled day for people and pooches!  A great opportunity to have some fun with your dog, meet fellow doggie lovers, help some local non-profit organizations, and lots more!  We have lots of fun activities planned!

We would love to introduce you to our Doggie Day Care and Dog Boarding Facility and our staff.  Also joining us for this fun filled day is Second Harvest Food Bank, Animal Adoption League, Mixed Pet Vet Clinic, Nascair, Cupaholics, and K104.7!

Having a positive impact in our local community is very important to all of us at Carolinas Critter Sitters and Doggie Day Care!  That's why we have teamed up with the above mentioned organizations.  We will be collecting pet food donations for Second Harvest Food Bank because families in need, have pets in need.  But feel free to bring non-perishable donations for people too!  Second Harvest's mission is to feed hungry people by soliciting and distributing food and other grocery products through partner agencies. Educate people in the community about the nature of and solutions to the problems of hunger.  As the largest hunger relief charity in the Metrolina area, Second Harvest Food Bank of Metrolina works to end hunger. We do this by supplying a network of almost 650 non-profit agencies in 19 counties with food and essential grocery products.

Animal Adoption League will be there with pets that are available for adoption.  Animal Adoption League (AAL) is a non-profit rescue group that was founded in 1992.  The AAL mission is to provide veterinary care and temporary housing for homeless animals; to provide an adoption outlet for the permanent placement of these animals; to educate the general public in the proper care of animals and the importance of reducing pet overpopulation; and to work for the welfare and humane treatment of all animals.  Please come out and meet some of their animals that are available for adoption.

Cupaholics will be offering people and puppy treats that are soooo adorable and delicious!  All the proceeds from which will go to the organizations we are supporting on this day!

You can get you dog's picture taken with the Easter bunny.  Each 5x7 photo will be $7 and again, the proceeds go to our organiztions.

In addition we will be raffling off many prizes such as: raised dog cots; free days in daycare; free overnight boarding visits and more.

K104.7 will be here providing the music!

Come on out, have some fun, meet some new friends, and do some good!
